Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ong24 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern access to and use of the ong24 website, including all games, promotions, services and features available on it.

By accessing, registering or using the ong24 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

These Terms take effect from the date stated above and supersede all previous agreements or terms you may have accepted. ong24 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Eligibility to Register an Account

To register and use the ong24 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and when using the platform.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not currently be under any self-exclusion programme or gambling ban imposed by any authority.
• Not be declared bankrupt or in the process of bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not be acting as an agent, representative or officer of ong24 or any related entity.
• Be located in a region or jurisdiction that does not prohibit participation in online gambling activities.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted only one account. If more than one account is found to be held by the same individual, ong24 reserves the right to close or merge those accounts and void any bonuses obtained.

The information you provide during registration — including full name, identification card number (MyKad), date of birth, mobile phone number and email address — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being terminated.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised or not.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ong24 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and crypto assets (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same name as the player's account. ong24 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of players. Any attempt to use an account or card belonging to another person may result in account suspension and further investigation.

ong24 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including a copy of the MyKad or other supporting documents, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

• Funds deposited into an account may only be used for wagering purposes on the ong24 platform.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible.
• ong24 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by ong24 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

Regarding the 150% welcome bonus up to RM888:

• The bonus is calculated as 150% of your first deposit amount.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 (maximum cap) → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering required RM8,880.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.

The ong24 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — starting from up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% for Platinum. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's wagering activity over time.

Game Rules and Outcomes

All games available on the ong24 platform, including slots, live casino, sportsbook and table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, are operated by certified software that is independently audited to ensure fairness.

Players agree that:

• The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed except in the case of a proven technical error.
• RTP (Return to Player) and game volatility are general figures that may vary, and ong24 does not guarantee the outcome of any game session.
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active game, ong24 will use server data to determine a fair outcome.
• Bets placed in error or at an incorrect price due to a technical fault are not required to be honoured by ong24.

For sports bets, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the final price, unless otherwise stated in the relevant sports game conditions.

Prohibited Player Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the ong24 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or other tools to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by ong24, including opening multiple accounts.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering through the ong24 platform.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving rudely towards support staff or other players.
• Displaying, sending or uploading content that is unlawful, seditious or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to intrude, hack or disrupt the platform's security systems.

Account Suspension and Termination

ong24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Providing inaccurate or false registration information.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• The player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting the ong24 support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be completed, or the bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met the requirements) will be returned to the player via an appropriate payment method.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The ong24 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ong24 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ong24 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, third-party failures or circumstances beyond ong24's control.
• Betting losses incurred during technical disruptions, provided the game outcome can be verified through server records.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses even if ong24 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Gambling carries financial risk. Players are solely responsible for their betting decisions. ong24 is not responsible for any debts or financial difficulties experienced by players as a result of gambling activity.
